Title: Black Currant Bread

| 2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
| 3 | c | Bread flour |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Lemon zest, grated |
| 2 | tb | Brown sugar, dark |
| 4 | tb | Powdered milk |
| 1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | c | Water |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1 | lg | Egg |
| 1 | ts | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 | c | Black currants, dried |
Place all ingredients in machine except currants. Use raisin bread cycle, adding currants at the beep.
